Each session is a safe, judgement free space where you are deeply heard and supported. We'll explore your goals, uncover obstacles, create action plans, and strengthen your self-trust. Sessions may include mindset work, habit-building strategies, nervous system support, and somatic (body-based) practices — all tailored to your unique needs.
I support individuals seeking a holistic approach to increased health and personal growth. I also work with women navigating PMDD, hormonal challenges, emotional well-being, and life transitions who are ready for compassionate, structured support.
While therapy often focuses on diagnosing and healing past wounds, coaching is future-focused. In coaching, we collaborate to help you move forward, set goals, and create the life you envision. Coaching can complement therapy beautifully but does not replace it.
Most clients work with me for a minimum of 3–6 months to experience meaningful, sustainable progress. However, we can discuss your specific needs during your consultation and create a plan that feels right for you.
