Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Clear Wellness Coaching

Introduction: At Clear Wellness Coaching, we are committed to your satisfaction and to the value you gain from our coaching services. The following refund policy is part of our commitment to ensuring a transparent and fair approach to refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling of our services.

General Policy: Our general policy is that once a coaching session is completed, the fee for the session is non-refundable. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and exceptional circumstances may arise.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, we require at least 24 hours' notice.
  • If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, you will be given the option to reschedule the session without any additional cost.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will attempt to reschedule the session at our discretion based on availability.

Package Refunds:

  • For clients who have purchased coaching packages, a refund for future unused sessions may be considered on a pro-rata basis if the client is unable to continue with the coaching program due to significant life changes or emergencies.
  • The request for such a refund must be submitted in writing, specifying the reasons for the discontinuation.
  • Any sessions that have already occurred within a package will be deducted from the total refund amount at the full single-session rate rather than the discounted package rate.
  • An administrative fee may also be applied in the event of a package refund.

No-Show Policy:

  • If the Client fails to show up for a scheduled session without any prior notice ('no-show'), the Client will be charged the full fee for the session.
  • 'No-show' instances are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Refund Process:

  • To request a refund, please contact us directly via clearwellnesscoaching@gmail.com with your request and the reasons for seeking a refund.
  • Each refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and responses will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 15 business days.

Limitations:

  • Refunds will not be provided for clients dissatisfied with coaching outcomes, as results are dependent on the client's commitment and engagement with the coaching process.
  • Services rendered by third parties, such as personal trainers, nutritionists, or other service providers recommended by Clear Wellness Coaching, are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.
